Original Artwork & Custom Commissions
Cup of Tea Creative specializes in individually commissioned artwork inspired by the music, stories, interests and meaningful moments of our customers. Sample artwork displayed on our personalized and custom art pages serve as examples of our creative style, design capabilities and the types of commissions we offer. These examples are not offered for sale as reproductions of the specific designs shown. Each custom artwork is created individually in response to a customer's personal request, with the subject matter, creative direction and design elements developed for that particular commission. The availability of any requested subject matter or creative material is subject to applicable intellectual property rights and any necessary permissions.

Processing time
All artwork and prints are made to order. From the time you place your order, please allow up to 3 business days to receive an art proof for approval. Once approved, please allow up to 3 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time
Your finished artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS from New York. For orders shipping within the United States, please allow 2–5 days for delivery. For orders shipping to Canada, please allow 3–10 days for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Payment options
We accept the following secure options: Major credit/debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay.

Returns and exchanges
Because your artwork is created specifically for your order and produced according to your approved proof and finishing selections, custom artwork is not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or there is an error on our part, please contact us promptly with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.

Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once artwork is approved and production has started. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
